TO-DAY'S ATTRACTIONS. Tlio popularity of the class of football eliown by tko Collego teams is evident in all matches in which they participate, and in the meotinf; between Petone and Wellington College at tho Athletic Park this afternoon,, patrons should bo treated to'an exhibition of the game well up to the standard seen in years past, when tho two College teams havo met. Tho College team is a strong one, and the eamo applies to the suburban team. On the No. 2 ground a special Wellington team is pitted against a strong team from Trentham, representing the n.c.o.'e, in which many well-known players, will be seen. At Potone, the game is between Athletic and University. On Monday next> a representative match is being played between a local representative team and a team from Trentham; Tho following is tho soldiers' team, omong whom will be noted the names of many players well known as representing their provinces in prewar days :-H .J.
