THE KING'S THEATRE
"Jiomeo and Juliet" lias been move than once presonted on tho picture-play ecroon, but aover probably with such completeness of detail and magnificenco nf setting as characterises tho William Vox production now being shown twice daily at. the Theatre, Theda Barn, whose forte in (ho past has invariably been "vampire" roles, has surprised picture critics by her portrayal of Juliet. She rises (o heights of emotional portrayal that cannot but impress the most blaso picture follower.
THE EMPRESS THEATKE. A etrong portrayal of a frivolous and heartless woman is "Tho Social I/cper," tho World film play at present at the Empress. Into tho lives of three men sho makes hor way, and to all of them she brings unhnppiness. In the end herpunishment falls heavily, and in scenes of great beauty a pleasing climax ia reached. Clara ICimball Young returns on Saturday in "The Foolish Virgin."
