Tho "New Turk TimesV* Paris correspondent, who has just returned from General Headquarters, has been permitted to announce that the entire German etYcetivo army consists of 223 divisions, of 13,060 men each, of which sixty-six divisions are facing 'Russia, three are in Rumania,' 157 on'lhe West front, and ten in, reserve, a total of half a million less than they had in September, representing: casualties and the difficulty of securing the reserves—A us.-N.Z.
