UNSETTLED WEEK-END
According to the official forecast, of the Meteorological Department, the week-end weather will be unsettled, with steady rain generally and snow on tho higher levels. The wind will chango from the north to the south shortly. The weather v'esterdav in AVelliugton was very . unsettled, dry spells alternating with heavy showers, and a stiffish nor-wester. The temperature, however, was mild. These unsettled conditions, with rain, appear to have ruled generally, with "fair to 'cloudy weather in tho East Coast districts'." ■
