FRENCH TORPEDO-BOATS ENGAGE THE ENEMY GERMANS TURN TAIL London, May 21. A French naval communique stales:— "On Sunday morning a patrol of four l'Veneh torpedo-boals encountered a flotilla of German destroyers making for Dunkirk. After 3 short, engagement the German ships made off at high speed towards their base! A French torpedo-boat •was damaged."
