LIVELY MEETING OF CREDITORS

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Woodville, May 21. A meeting of the creditors. in the estate of Beeves Williams we held at the courthouse- on Saturday, Mr. N. L. purr, District Official Assignee, presiding. Twenty-three creditors wer* present. It was decided that the Official Assignee be authorised it, employ what assistance he needs in getting tho books written up. Immediately afterwards a meeting of creditors in tho estate of Evans Williams was held. It.was lively throughout, the bankrupt interrupting. Ft was unanimously resolved that tho District Official .Assignee should thrash everything out in fiie Supreme Court before any further payments wero mado in the estate. The meeting also carried unanimousij o motion of confidence in the Official Assignee.
