In the "Mages Zei.tu.ug" Count Reventlow declares that before Easter Herr Bethmann-Hoilweg and Count Czernin (Austrian Foreign Minister) outlined a new peace offer, and submitted it to tho Kaiser, for his signature, but the" Kaiser snubbed them. General l r alkenhayn,, interviewed by journalists, said that not only tho people at home were raving about peace, but the soldiers at the front also were equally desirous of peace.
