DRINKING WITH MEALS CAUSES INDIGESTION. "You should never drink with meals if you are troubled with indigestion," I was told at a time when I could hardly cat a meal without suffering afterwards. I followed tho advice rigidly, and, a - though I was somewhat relieved, still suffered a good deal. I tried several medicines, but without any beneficial effect until a medical friend recommended taking about half a teaepoonful of ordinary bisurated -magnesia m half a cuplul of warm water after each meal and at bedtime. The result was quite satisfactory The bisurated magnesia entire y counteracted the acidity in the stomach, which causes dyspepsia; relief came almost immediately and I'am now able to eat drink, and enjoy my meals -without bad effects. Drinking with my meals does not worry mo now. In case any readers would like to try this excellent remedy which I understand relievos other kinds of indigestion just as effectually as it did mine, I may add that it is obtainable from any chemist, bu,b I strongly advise anyone trying it to make .perfectly suro they get the bisurated magnesia. _ othor forms not.
