SUCCESSFUL ATTACKS BY THE BRITISH (Rec. May 17, 5.5 p.m.) London, May 10. A British official dispatch from Salonika states: "Wc have advanced our lino south-west at Erastali, on a front of five thousand yards, to a depth of five hundred yards, and consolidated our positions. Wo have also occupied the village of Yjupri, on the Struma front, and cap"tured advanced trenches south-west of Erneko on a length of three thousand yards. Our casualties were slight."— Aue.-N.Z.
