_O MEET DOMINION SHORTAGE. (R«c. May 17, 0.45 a.m.) Melbourne, May 16. The Bon. AV. D. S.. Mac Donald's Mission to buy wheat to meet the New Zealand shortage- lias been successful.' The Federal Primo Minister (Mr. W. 31. Hughes) has announced the sale of 1* million bushels, with the option cf a furthor million, at 6s. 6d. "net, f.o.b. The Now Zealand Government ■undertakes to provide the shippinc, and to pay for the wheat, wlether delivered by the end of August or not.— Press Assn.
