. 4 RETURNED SOLDIER'S DEATH. An inquest was held yesterday afternoon by the Coroner, Mr. W. 6. Ridtlell, into the circumstances intending the death of Robert. Tate, forty-two years of age, a returned soldier, who was found dead in bed on Monday morning in a house in Rugby Street. Dr. Fylfe, who made a post-mortem examination, stated in his evidence that there were no marks of violence on the body. There was a growth which caused epilepsy. It was stated that Tate had several epileptic fits on Sunday night. The verdict was that death was due to epilepsy. .
