SPANISH STEAMER SUNK
COMPENSATION DEMANDED. (B«c. May 14, 10 p.m.) • Madrid, May 13. A German submarine sank the Spanisli steamer Carmen while the latter was proceeding to Cetto. The Government is demanding compensation.
