London, May 13. The "Star'! states that the Government is closing Southwold to, vessels other than British and those' of the Allies, with a view to excluding Dnteh steamers sailing under the German. Government's permit.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [A Continental service between Holland and Southwold (a port on the e.ist coast of Suffolk), under guarantees of safe-conduct by Germany, was inaugurated on April 30.]
