* NINE DEATHS N.Z. CASUALTIES IN OTHER FORCES TOTAL OF 45 Twelve casualties were reported in the New Zealand Forces on Saturday, as follows:— Tv.o iuon killed in action, four men died of wounds, three men died of sickness, including one member of the Maori Contingent, and three men wounded. The weekly lists of casualties to men in the Australian, the Imperial, 'and the South African Forces, whose next-of-kin reside in New Zealand, were issued also. In the Australian Forces fortyon* casualties were reported, sis follows:— Eight men killed in action, sixteen men missing, and seventeen wounded. The names of the next-of-kin are given within parentheses, the relationship /being denoted 'by m. for mother, f. for father, w. for wife, b. for brother, and sis. for sister, etc.. and all are privates, except where it is stated otherwise.
