■ * : A. SPECIAL CENSORSHIP. Something in the nature of a special shipping censorship on cables for destinations, outside "the. Dominion, is to bo insisted upon "By the Marino Department in future.. The Minister of Marine (the Hon. G. W. Russell) said vesterday that no cable containing information about a ship, her cargo, or insurances, would.be allowed to be dispatched until it.had been censored by an officer of the Marine Department in Wellington. Whatever the office of origin of a cable, it would have to' be sent to Wellington to be censored before being dispatched. .This pier caution, he said; had .been, rendered necessary by the war.
