A German official' report indicates some activity on tho Macedonian front, in the Balkans There are no developments of importance elsewhere on tho battle fronts. At Home, Lord Devonport, fho Food Controller, has delivered a speech in the House of Lords on the present position, of tlie-foocl crisis, and incidentally exposed the greed of certain unpatriotic speculators.
