VERDICT OF SUICIDE.' ' Mr. W. G. Biddell, S.M., held an inquest yesterday morning concerning tho death of James Mowbray, whoso body was found in a bach at Seatoun on Sunday. Evidence was given to the effect that Mowbray had been in ill-health for somo time, and was very much depressed. Dr. Fyffe, who made a postmortem examination, expressed the opinion that death was duo to poison. Tho Corpner returned a verdict that death was duo to poison self-adminis-tered.
