ST. PETER'S PARISH
ELECTION OF SYNODSMEX. Tlfere was a very small' attendance of St. Peter's, parishioners at the meeting held last evening to elect three syhodsmen. Mr. ,R. Wilberfose, the returning officer, presided, and ©splained that at the previous meeting • three nominations were received, hut it was found that all three were invalid for various reasons. . The matter was placed before His Lordship the Bis Eon, who informed. Jfr. AVilberfoss that it would be neceesary to hold another meeting of parishioners, and that fresh nomin-ations-must he: obtained. In accordance with this the present meeting had been called. . Mr. Wilberfoss then announced that he had received throe nominations that were in order, those nominated being Dr. Fvffe and Mp&srs. H. E! Evans and R,. Wilberfoss. Re tlien called for further nominations and none being forthcoming, and there being three vacancies, lie declared the three nominated to be duly elected synodsmen for the ensuing three years
