C Webb to give evidence iu the case in which he figures as the defendant to-day in Christehurch is the Acting-Prime Minister, Sir Jaw!?s Allen. Xho Minister went south by the Jerry steamer last uight. AVebb is charged -under the -War Regulations with'having inado use of seditious utterances in public speeches delivered by him.- . ■
