The weather was warm ; and fine. After the march past the King presented one Distinguished Con- ' duct Medal and eight Military Medals,' ; and congratulated the recipients. Afterwards Mr., and Mrs. ■ Massey, 1 Sir Josopli and Lady Ward, Sir Thomas 1 and Lady Mackenzie, and a number of J other New Zealand ladies and some of 1 tho officers were presented to the King.
