London; April 30. The "Daily Telegraph's" correpon- , dent at Home, states that a Ministerial crisis in Turkey is imminent. Talaafc Bey has returned from Germany,, hut achieved nothing. He attributes his failure to Enver Pasha, whose servility to Germany has compromised Turkish interests. Public hostility against Enver Pasha is general. Thousands of Syrian troops are deserting, and a reign of terror has been re-established at Jaffa. Damascus, and Jerusalem.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
