OPENING OF SOLDIERS' CLUB

POSTPONED TILL MONDAY NEXT.

Owing to tho Defence Minister (Sir James Allen) not being, able to attend on Saturday afternoon nostj the opening of the' Soldiers' Club at Trentham has .been postponed until Monday next at 2.45 p.m. There will he a train leaving the Lambton Station at 1.20 p.m. for Trentham, and one leaving there for town at 4.47 p.m., which will meet the convenience of those who intend to bo present at the opening ceremony. Tho club is for officers, n.c.o.'s. and men,,' so that the interest in tho little, function is a general one.
