A German official report states:—"A number of fighting aeroplanes unsuccessfully bombed our torpedo boats on tho Flemish coast, and also Zoebrugge harbour 6n April 26. We brought down one British aeroplane and a French seaplane."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Renter.
[According to the British rcpor.t of tlie action in which a number of Allied airmen attacked the German torpedo boats one of the latter was observed to lie badly hit and probably sank afterwards.]
