PARLIAMENT & THE HUPMOBILE. In the recent Parliamentary Tour of the Northern Districts, Hupmobiles distinguished theroseSvea for reliability and comfort. They took every obstacle, and on the whole tour not one stoppage was recorded through Hupp failure. Between Herekirao and Broadwood was a very bad piece of road, nnd here a Hupp was the only one of the 23 ears to get through the mud on its own power. All the other makes had to be assisted by twenty to thirty members of the party with the aid of ropes. This is , further proof of the superiority of the Hupp engineknown as the ''lugging type." As a Hupp Handbook says, it is "designed for hard and heavy road work—mud and sand pulling. Built for touring use." See a Hupmobile, -E430, complete, at main ports. Local agents— A.
