Christohurch, April 27. .A second count has resulted in the return of four more Citizens' Association candidates to the City Council, viz., Messrs. J. R. Hayward; W. Nicolls, A. Williams, and' P. R. Clunio. Tho parties now stand: Seven Citizens, two Labour, ono Independent.
