Society many eulogies were expressed on tho work of Mr. R, Teeco '(general' manager and actuary), who is retiring. He will continue as consulting actuary. The annual report was adopted, and tho directors wero re-elected. Tho chairman, owing to the inability of Lieuteuant-Colonel;Roberts, the Now Zealand -representative, to attend, on nccouht of military duties, said that the New: Zealand branch had had a' most successful year. The new business was only slightly behind last year's record. Tho society had. subscribed £3,650,000 to the warlbans. in London, Australia, and Now Zealand.-—Press Assn. '..'''
