GREETINGS TO FIGHTING COMRADES
AN ANZAC DAY RESOLUTION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, April 25. ■At the Anzac smoke concert to-night, responding to a toast, His Excellency the Governor (Lord Liverpool) suggested that he should send the following message to Sir Andrew Russell and, General Chaytor :—"New Zealand soldiers in Auckland at a large gathering on Anzac Day send greetings to their comrades."- The. meeting heartily agreed, and His Excellency promised to send the message. ,
