STATE CONTROL SUGGESTED,
London, April 22. Mr. Bigland, M.P., lias submitted to the Empire Resources Development Committee a memorandum suggesting State control of the Antarctic whaling industry. Ho estimates that the output of fats would .yield £1)000,000 per year towards the reduction of the war. 'debt.
