Sydney, April 21. Senator Millen (Vice-President'of the Executive Council) has outlined 'the National Government's proposals for the repatriation of soldiers. . The Gov-* i eminent intends to provide £20,000,000; for land settlement to enable soldier: settlers'to secure advances.of £5M> each. A special branch will provide and maintain artificial limbs and establish workshops for permanently maimed, men.—Press Association. ,
