GERMANY'S NEW WAR LOAN
AN EXTRAVAGANT CLAIM. Copenhagen, April 19. The German papers claim that the success of tho new war loan is a crusning defeat of America, though thoy admit that only a fifth of the amount is new money. Thoy describe it as the last war loan of the present war. The directors of the Reichsbank state that the loan will finance the war until August.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
