TN pursuance of a resolution passed by -*- the Wellington City Council last evening, adopting the report of the General Manager of the City Electric Lighting and Tramway Services, and in view of the very serious, conditions at presont affecting the supply of light and power to the City, I have to earnestly request Citizens to co-operate with the City Council in husbanding stocks of coal during the present crisis.
