(4) Could Second Division men bo examined by the: Medical Board at as early a date as possiblo, ,so that all men of military ago could be classified either as eligible or inollgble for military service? Tho possession'of such information, which the Governmont ought to bo urged to <nve, would cnablo employers to make arrangements for tho future release or as many won as possiblo, with a minimum disturbance of business.
