Gronwell Reid, Esq., Stipendiary Magistrate, Wellington, it is hereby notified under Section 19 of tho abovo Act that Harry Jarvis, Dairy Farmer, M«kara, near Wollington, was, on the 13th day of April, 1917, at tho Court, Wellington, convicted a ohargo that in broach of the said Act the said Ham- Jarvis, on the '4th day of December, 1916, at Wellington, did sell for human consumption or uso a quantity of milk which oontained n. preservative substance, viz., a boron compound, the addition of which is not permitted by Regulation, and upon such conviction the said Harry Jarvis wis fined the sum of .£2O and ordered to pay... costs of the said proceedings.
