: GENERAL ACCOUNT ANALYSED I POSITION SATISFACTORY The balance-sheet of the General Fund of the City Council (not including tramways, electric light, or loan) for the year ended March 31, 1917, was presented to the Finance Committee of the council yesterday afternoon.
