NEW ORGANISATION ANNOUNCED A notice in Goneral Orders states that the appointments of Assistant-Adjutant-Goneral and Deputy Assist-ant-Ad jutant-tJenoral have been cancelled, and tho following offices substituted, under date February 27, 1917: — Director of Personal Service (A.G. 1). Director of Recruiting.(A^MS). Director of Organisation (A.G. 3). With reference to the above changes the following appointments have been made: — . Major J. s ,Osbunie-Lilly, 17th (Ruanino) Regiment, to bo Director of Personal Services (A.G. 1) on relinquishing the appointment of A.A.G.) Captain (temp.) D. C. W. Cossgrove, N.Z. Permanent Staff, to be Director of Recruiting (A.G. 2) on relinquishing the appointment of D.A.A.G., and to retain tho temporary rank of captain while so employed^ Captain (temp, major) ' 0.. B. Andrews, N.Z.S.C., to be Director of Organisation (A.G. 3).
