SUBURBAN BOROUGH NOMINATIONS MAYORAL CONTESTS AT HUTT, PETONE, . AND ONSLOW Nominations for tho elections of Mayor and councillors of the Onslow Borough closed at noon yesterday. .There will bo a contest for the Mayoralty between the present Mayor (Mr. C. C. Crump) and' Councillor J. M. Dale. The three sitting councillors for the Kaiwsrra Ward have all been nominated, and as no one has come forward to oppose them, they have been declared elected.
