Com-mander-in-Chief in' Macedonia) reports that his aviators are, dropping among: the Bulgarian .'troops a proclamation notifying that a popular and military revolt against the Germans had broken, out in Bulgaria./ News ha 3 been received of anti-German demonstrations by the Bulgarian garrison. The proclamation stated that sv- revolt had broken out, especially in Sofia, where the. troops and people had riser, against Gferman tyranny! i Giorman platoons were traversing" the streets, firing on the inhabitants.
