MINISTERS' WEST COAST:VISIT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ChrUtcliurch, April 13. Tho Acting-Primo Minister, the Hon, Sir James Allen, and the Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald, left here to-day for the West Coast. Asked what his plans were, and whether he proposed to address meetings of miners, Sir Janies Allen stated that he was _ not in a position to answer the questions. However, he said that'no definite plans had been prepared other. than that they intended to leave no stono unturned to help tho miners'to reach a right state of mind and go back to, work. Their coiusa of action would be shaped on arrival. Possibly they -would proceed to Westport early to-morrow morning.
