PERCENTAGE for country CLUBS. ' Sydney, April 12. The Chief ■ Secretary (Hon. G. W. Fuller) sympathised with and promised Cabinet consideration for the representations of the country racing clubs in favour of a more liberal percentage of the totalisator funds. He stated that unless the present 3 per cent, allowance was increased it would not pay the clubs, and the machino would never be popularised iu the country.—PressAssociation.
