PARLIAMENT & THE HUPMOBILE. Tii the recent Parliamentary Tour of Hie Northern Districts, Hiipmobiles distinguished themselves for reliability and comfort. They took every obstacle, and on the whole tour not one stoppage was recorded through Hupp failure. Between Herekimo and Broadwood was a very bad piece of road, and here a Hupp was the only one of the 23 cars to get through the' mud on its own power.
