Births, Deaths, and Marriages to'obtain a marriage'certificate, preliminary .->_-•, to being married. ■ ;.: Since leaving his father's house there has been no sign of Bell, and abso- .■"■'. lately .-no trace of him has been discovered. The police authorities incline to the • ; belief that there has been foul play. 'All Bell's affairs are reported to be .'■ in good order, and he was in a rio.mal state when last 6een. He is thirty-two /..years of age, and is over 6ft. in height.
