TWENT.Y-EIGHTHS- MOBILISING. Rainy weather marked the entry of the first drafts of the, 28th Reinforcements into. the ■ camps. The first arrivals at Trentham yesterday morning ■were about 100 men from Auckland Province, who reached, camp about fr ■ b'clock. The Wellington City draft .. followed, and others went fh/during the day. The Camp' Band met all drafts at the. station, and played them to camp, and in view of the wet weather, the recruits were march- •; ed straight to the Salvation Army ,■ Hall, for medical' examination. A few ; jnen, representing a small percentage ; tof the drafts, were rejected on account fef physical disabilities which rendered, them unfit for' service. The work of. ieqnipping the troops and allotting tlient to their units and huts was■■'• carried but expeditiously.' During the " week • the mobilising of the : 28ths will continue steadily. • .■ ■"
