The drawing took-place sit new quarters to which tho National 'Register was moved recently/, and the improvements that have been suggested by the experience of previous ballots simplified the work of the staff •without any loss of accuracy. The Mayor of Wellington (Mr. J. P. Luke) Represented, the city at the drawing.'
