The 400,000 attendance mark has already been passed, and 122,000 people passed through'the turnstiles yesterday. The; races /drew 60,000, and to-morrow's prospects are not promising, as it is raining, heavily. Higgins and Harrington, holders of the Commonwealth championship, created a world's record by sawing an 18-irich log in 25 l-ssec. \ ■ '
