' Mails for United Kingdom, America, and air oversea countries, including Australia, will be dispatched from time to time by best route without special notification. Correspondence for all neutral countries iB subject to censorship. ' Parcels for dispatoh by steamers and trains, with the exoeption of the usual ferry steamers for southern offices, close at tho Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised timee of closing of mails. . The parcel post mail per Main Triink express closes at the G.P.O. at 11.30 .a.m., and for the south per Xeriy steamer at 5.45 p.m. Late letters for mails beyond the Dominion cannot in future be posted on the steamer, but must be posted in the lateletter posting-box at the Chief Post Office up to the appointed time shown on the mail notice. . ...
