—; -e — EASTBOURNE' TOURNAMENT. The Eastbourne bowling tournament was opened in .beautiful weather, and a most enjoyable day was spent. Mr. H. Shortt, the president bf the club, ■ welcomed the -visitors, and th« Mayor of Eastbourne (Mr. J. P. Kelly), in a happy speech, oxtended the. honours of the borough to each of the visitors, Mr. P.
