FIGHTING ON THE STOCHOD

"Ten Russian aeroplanes bombed tn<j railway buildings at Knty, south-wests of Sviniuki. "French aeroplanes in the Dobrudja: twice bombed a battery northward ol Garvaiu ■ "Our seaplanes successfully bombed fortifications in the Bosphorus. "In the fighting on the left' bank o?> the Stochod on April 3 and 4, which ended in our crossing to the right bank, the troops defending the bridgehead' lost severely. Only a few , score men of iwo regiments reached the right bank. Both the commanders were lulled. A third regiment lost half of its effectives.
