NATIONAL RESERVE
_4 MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE. ■The firat meeting of the new Group and District Executive Committee of the National Reserve was held at the headquarters office on Wednesday i night. 1 The following appointments of execui tive officers were made:—Treasurer and accountant (comfilned), Lieut. Beck; group and district hon. secretary, Capt. M. Grant. The appointment of a vicepresident was held oyer until the next meeting. Votes of thanks to the retiring committee were passed unanimously; also '"'•■ the retiring treasurer (Major J. P. Firth) and the retiring accountant (Capt. E. J. Collie). Several.: notices of motion were tabled, and these will he dealt with at the next ■meeting.
