MESSAGE FROM THE KING. (Rec. April 5, 5.45. p.m.) \ London, 'April 4. The Press Bureau states: The Kini has sent a message to the Imperial War Conference thanking:the members for their assurance of the devoted loy l alty of all parts of the Empire.
