HOSPITAL BOARD CLERK FOUND HANGING!, By Telegraph— Absortalijjn. ' Thames, April 4. Richard Richmond Floyd was found hanging from a rafter in a. wash-house this morning. He left his bed about 6 o'clock, complaining that he had a bad head, and was found an hour later by his son. Floyd, who was aged 48, wan clerk to'"the Hospital Board. He had beon much worried over the flood damage to the institution.
